Where can you buy a DVD of the new york city opera's production of A Little Night Music?

As far as I can tell by extensive web search, a DVD of this pproduction was never released, badly as I wanted one myself. I did, however, record the performance onto a VHS which I then transferred to DVD, cutting out a lot of the extraneous material while I was at it. Came out pretty good too! There is a DVD out of a production that was based on the NYC Opera's production but with different people in the cast which is readily available. It was a red cover and just says "Bernstein: Candide". You might want to check on www.ioffer.com which is populated by people who have done similar recordings and are willing to sell a copy. There's actually quite a lot of interesting material available on that site, notably a lot of films that either never came out on DVD or did come out but have since gone out of print. It's how I got a copy, however terrible the quality, of the 1951 film version of Frank Loesser's "Where's Charley?" which was never even released here as a theatrical film, much less as a DVD...something to do with Loesser's widow Jo Sullivan not liking the way the film turned out and therefore preventing the estate from releasing it.
