Hi, I know a way to get rid of Acne, I am from the UK and i use this stuff called Suda cream, It may not be sold in your country but you can order it online, it is for babies rashes and stuff, I used it on my acne and i spots were away in one week. now i have skin clear as water! I have read that biotin in doses upward of 2500 mcg daily can cause acne, and my own personal experience backs that up. you said it resembles a pimple? that could be exactly what it is... a clogged pore. It doesn't necessarily have to be sore like a pimple. When I was pregnant, I noticed a bump on one of my breasts practically on the side of my nipple. My gyno told me it was either a pimple or a clogged milk duct. Turned out it was just a clogged pore.
