Time for an allergy check up at the dr. Be sure to tell him/her about the egg white incident so as to narrow the causal agent.

Oh my gosh! Why would you ever do that? First off, that is a serious and life threatening medical condition, and why anybody would want that is absolutely beyond my comprehension. Your entire face will swell, your appendages will severely tingle, hives will develop on your entire body, and your throat will close, not to mention the abdominal cramps, projectile vomiting, and diarrhea that goes along with it. If you fake it, and receive the treatment usually necessary if someone is having a real reaction, (epinephrine) you can risk heart failure, and death. It is basically a bunch of adrenaline, which will substantially increase your heart rate. Also, you will be hospitalized, at which point blood tests will be taken to determine that you have no allergy to whatever it was you were planing on faking a reaction to. PLEASE NEVER DO THAT EVER! I am a school nurse and if any of my students told me that they were experiencing anaphylaxis, they would get at least one Epi-pen, probably two, while waiting for the ambulance. Not exactly the condition to fake for sympathy if you ask me.

She might be allergic to dogs that have fur, like black labs etc. The way to tell is if the dog has to get a haircut every 6 months or so, it is because the dog has hair and not fur. Fur falls out at the end of winter and the dog has a summer coat until winter when it gets thicker again. Dogs with hair do not go through that cycle.
