I think this is a very, very good question. Usually, when you get a mix with a poodle, they are hypoallergenic. I don't know whether allergies could cause it, but rosacea can. It's aggravated by heat, hot liquids, spicy foods & (of course) STRESS! You need to see a dermatologist to find out what you have. Rosacea is treatable (but not curable). I have it & it just pops up from time to time.

Oats are excellent and it's been proved that oats along with applesauce or apples lowers the cholesterol levels. 8 - 10 glasses of water a day as it flushes out fat and toxins and keeps the organs, especially the kidneys healthy. Some good fats are a necessity to the body and olive oil is the best source. Exercise is extremely important and it can be either heavy-duty weight training at a gym to just fast walking, jogging, biking or a brisk walk as often as possible. If you find it difficult to get out of your home to do these things, then pick one time during the day to walk and the rest of the time exercising in your home. There are loads of good equipment out there and if you go on the Shopping Channel you should be able to pick up a good piece of exercise equipment for a good price.
