Installing Android apps on IOS or vice versa is impossible unless the developer releases the app for both platforms. This is because IOS and Android are written in two completely different programming languages.

It all depends on what type of computer this is in reference to.

When you say "number plate" i believe that you're talking about a license/registration plate.... the answer to that being- no... at least not in most states.... most of the time once a vehicle changes registration plates or "tags", the state labels the old plate(s) as "dead", this means that if the police would check for info on that plate, they would be informed that the registration is no longer "good" for that plate and that's that.... your best bet to track an old car is to have the VIN number from the car and go somewhere like "vehix.com" and pay to get the current and past info. avail. for the vehicle.

to improve volume you can try turning up the mid band frequencies of the music (to do this you phone needs an equalizer) but doing this may risk clipping the speaker. turn the volume up on the phone or plug your phone into more powerful speakers.bear in mind that your phone has a small speaker in it and will produce a small amount of audio from it, if you want the music from your phone louder you will need to attach your phone to larger speakers. don't try to download any boost program or play around with audio eq's too much because you will risk clipping your speakers and may end up blowing them.
