If you mean by training a defense beyblades you can first launch the defense beyblade then launch another beyblade at or onto the defense bey to see it's defense or throw pebbles or small rocks at it so it can learn how to deflect it then use bugger and bigger rocks till it chant go with any larger hope this helps
