to tell you the truth it is best to stay away form soap because even when it is sitting in the container in collects bacteria which could lead to even more zits i did have really bad acne a couple months ago but i went to marcs or target and i got noxzema clean moisture it is a deep cleansing cream so it tingles and rehreashes i also have clearasil skin perfecting wash and that has exfoileating microbeads and moistureizing ingredients so it keeps your skin clear and fresh both of these have eucalyptus oil wich is good for teating acne. but if you don't like how these work i think it would be best to try proactiv or skin id or some other acne dermatoligist thing. anyway hope this works and helps
