When introduced in 1987 DUC thought they would get $10,000 for one volume. Base on 44 signed prints ranging from $100 to $500 each. It never happened and they sold for between $2,050 - $3,000. I have seen them sold on eBay between $2000-$4000. I have also seen individual prints from that book sell $50-$150.

If the oil painting has dried completely or is varnished (has a sheen to it), and the crayon mark isn't too large, wiping it with a soft warm damp cloth that has a drop or two of Murphy's oil soap on it could get it off. Crayon is wax and once an oil painting/varnish has dried, it is a pretty tough surface, so you might also try blotting the crayon with a soft cloth that has been soaked in really hot water, and then scraping the softened crayon off with your fingernail.

It is the manipulation of size and space in a picture to emphasize importance of a specific object.

In basic, if you were to paint a picture of a girl in a field of flowers blowing bubbles, you could do a number of things.

If you wanted the bubbles to be the most important thing in the picture, you would make the bubbles larger and bring them forward so the girl would not be the focus.

If you wanted the girl to be the focus, you would make sure the girl was larger and the bubbles and flowers were smaller. You would do the same to the flowers to make them the focus instead.

Completely depends on the painting, is it a copy or really her, what size, paintings are not one price fits all, no matter if its the same painter or not. I have seen them go from 100.00 to 3000.00, if that helps at all.

Well, most houses have cought on fire sometime or another.That doesnt mean it was bad. I cant say I remember when it happened at my house, but ya my house cought on fire. Luckily it didnt burn enough to call for help but that prooves people should be more carefull with fire[weather they think so or not].
