Hello, I would get to a chiropractor as soon as you can. It sure sounds like one (or more) of your vertebra is "out". Something as sillty as illfitting shoes can cause "pinched"nerves as well. A condition called Sciatica (again a misaligned disk) can cause severe pain in some. Your problem sounds relatively "easy" to fix. I bet its one of your disks pressing on a nerve. Thanks
