Who are the spiritual leaders of Judaism?
Just as there are no "Leaders" in Protestantism, there are no leaders as such in Judaism. In Judaism, each congregation has a rabbi. The rabbi's function is to teach and to render judgments on matters of Jewish commandments. There is a system in place for matters too complex for one man.
Rabbi in Hebrew means teacher, and just as there are excellent, mediocre, and poor teachers in any field, so it is in Judaism. The great teachers are remembered for their opinions on questions, similar to remembering Isaac Newton or Copernicus for their contributions to society. Rabbi Hillel and Rabbi Shamei were two famous rabbis about the first century who founded two schools. They often opposed each other in opinions and each school debated matters of Jewish commandments as to their application.
The matter that brought the elders to Jesus for an opinion about marriage was a direct result of a disagreement between the two schools about the wording in in Torah about divorce.
Other famous rabbis include Maimonides, Rashi, and Israel ben Eliezer. Each man contributed to the knowledge base of Judaic law by their opinions. In most cases, these men profoundly changed Jewish thought by their explanations and had large followings.

Who conducts a church service?
Who conducts a church service? Well I believe that a Resident Pastor or Bishop of that church is qualified to conduct a service for the church. On occasion when the Pastor or Bishop are not around to minister, the elders can take control of the ministering and the conduction of the service in the morning and afternoon {If applicable}. Primarily it is either the Pastor or the Bishop. In the event of a church having Deacons instead of elder- they are not allowed to preach or conduct a service simply because Deacons (1st Tim 3:10) are only servants in the church whereas elders (1st Tim 3:2) are teachers or preachers. I hope this answers the question!

What is the difference between a soul and a spirit?
Genesis 2:7 (KJV) And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Genesis 35:18 (KJV) And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing, (for she died) that she called his name Benoni: but his father called him Benjamin.
Genesis 41:7 (KJV) And the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and, behold, it was a dream.
Genesis 41:8 (KJV) And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh.
Genesis 45:27 (KJV) And they told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said unto them: and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived:
Exodus 35:21 (KJV) And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and they brought the LORD'S offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.
Proverbs 20:27 (KJV) The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly.
The spirit is changed at the moment a human gives his/her heart to Jesus Christ and is converted by God. The Holy Spirit now resides within the individual. The soul is gradually changed after conversion through a daily dying to self and sanctifying(being set apart) through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
Answer:
I have a slightly different thought on this. You soul is your spirit and when you accept the Lord Jesus Christ the Holy Spirit indwells with you. I am not speaking of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit but when you accept the Lord Jesus you are a new creature in Christ.
If I am wrong, God forgive me, please.

Why do some deacons run off the pastor when they don't agree with him even when its in the bible?
stuff like that happens,
Not every person in church is a true Christian that actually comes to church to worship God. Some come to get a date , some use church as a social club, some come to hold positions of power. Not everyone's motives for going to church are "good". Churches try to pick "righteous" people to serve in jobs like being a deacon and we can only go by what we hear people say, or how they appear to us. Only God knows the intent of a persons heart, so churches try to pick Godly folks but we can't read minds. Often times the title of deacon goes to a person's head and when they don't agree with the doctrine of the pastor, don't like the pastor, or there may be a real problem with the pastor, then pastors can get run off. If a church is very open in it's business then the people should be informed of issues between deacons and pastors, it should never be behind closed doors. Going to your churches business meeting may help you get these answers. Some pastors choose to stay and fight, but some just decide to leave because they are tired of fighting with people that don't use the Bible as the rule of law instead of their own desires. The Bible should always be the true doctrine, not the deacons or pastors opinions....
