Do you mean is it bad to take two at a time because you missed a day? If so; then no it's not, you may get a little nausea but it is not going to hurt anyhting.

Studies haven't been made for this condition. It is possible that the pill will work anyway, but it is also possible that heat might denature the drug and make it not work for a part of the entire pill. This mean that you might have 50% of active drug instead of 100%.. or 5%... This is at your own risk (or at your girlfriend's risk if you wanna try to lie..)

If you're asking about hormonal birth control (i.e. pills, etc), I would assume you'd be less protected for a period of time (usually one cycle) because there's a possibility you may have already ovulated by mid-cycle. Birth control wouldn't help much if there's already an egg floating around in there!

if you are talking about depo-its not too effective. i know several pepole-including myself-who got pregnant while taking it

I just received a lamisil prescription, and asked the pharmacist if this will reduce the effectiveness of my birth control pills. He told me no, as lamisil is an anti-fungal drug. I suggest checking with your pharmacist to make sure.
