What is the average salary for a professional boxer?
depends on what sport they play. Football has a salary cap so football players on average make less unless they are a high profile athlete. Baseball and Football how ever have no salary cap so they can "buy" which ever plays they want thus making the average in those sports higher than football or hockey or basketball. speificy a sport and it will make this question alot easier In other words alot.
Can you name a second or third child a Jr instead of the first?
You can name all your kids "George Foreman" if you like. George Foreman did. (Some of that may have been due to the "who's gonna argue with the heavyweight boxing champion of the world" factor.)
Yes, you can name a second or third or eighth child "Jr" if you want to. One of my ancestors was a "Junior" despite being the thirteenth child in the family; I guess they finally ran out of other names.
No; however, remember the "rope a dope" and "rumble in the jungle?" Ali did not walk away from those body shots unscathed; Foreman broke his ribs. I think he had a hairline fracture in one of his arms too. Thankfully for Ali the fractures were only minor, however when he went up against Frazier again, he wasn't the same after that fight. Something I need to point out that when Foreman fought Ali, the latter was well past his prime; for all intents and purposes Ali was at his best in the 1960's. He would have stayed at his best, had he not been so overconfident in his ability to memorize his opponent's patterns. One of the factoids about Muhamad Ali; he was an extreme fast learner with a photographic memory, when he was a little kid in grade school he turned in nothing but A's, often getting his homework down in minutes. His Jr. High and High School teachers never forgave Ali because, despite having the academic potential he instead chose to use that photographic memory towards boxing.

How many punches before you blackout?
Depends on where you get hurt and how hard they punch. Could be a single punch (if I was punching you!) or they may beat you to death before your black out. Several or few(depending on puncher) punches to the lower jaw could make you black out faster than any other part of your body.

No reason why not. It is not a requirement of any boxing commission that the boxer have all their digits to fight. Of course it would be limiting the boxer to some effect as they would have a slightly less force of impact (the bit of reduced weight) but I see no reason why that would be too much of a problem. More important would be an increase of injury to the hand missing the fingers as it would be tougher on the "fingerless knuckles" at impact. If you can hit a heavy bag with the same full force as with the undamaged hand and you suffer no injury then I'd say go for it.
HOW MANY DIGITS ARE YOU TALKING? IS IT MORE SENSITIVE THAT YOUR OTHER HAND? I COULD GIVE YOU A BETTER ANSWER. RODHOOK
