I'm going through this now. Long story short, I'm 16 and not allowed to see my boyfriend anymore because of his crazy Mother. We really are in love, but we both don't drive and even though we're in the same town, there will be no way to have a normal relationship and it's too hard to sneak around. But we're waiting for each other and he's going to write me letters since he can't use the phone or internet anymore. So to answer your question, no It doesn't ever die for some people.

If you are in another relationship and you or your significant other believe the father is a threat to the realtionship, explain to him/her that this person is your child's other parent. He can't be replaced or banned from you or your child's life. These feelings may start to wittle down to nothing more than a friend after awhile, and this is ok too. Also, talking to your child's father about your feelings is a good idea as well. He may still have feelings for you as well.

And sometimes, perhaps in your case, it's more than losing just a person, it's losing a dream that hurts us even worse. But never lose hope. Okay, so it didn't work out with this one. That doesn't mean that you'll never find the person you belong with. I know it hurts, it hurts something awful. But if you allow yourself to experience the natural grief of loss and then move on, you will look back on this as just a memory. Not much, but may I suggest that you recall the times before this relationship (not necessarily happy times) and try to recall them. Not just in memory, but to repeat some of your actions from back then.

Hey. if you still love him, ask him for another chance or at least say you're sorry and stuff.. you will never know what happens unless you ask or at least do something about it. better him saying "no", then you regretting your choice to just sit down and do nothing about it. Guys don't want to deal with stress and problems as well as the drama that goes along with it. Not knowing your situation between you two I can only speculate. If you had issues he could have been a shoulder to lean on but he could not have done anything directly for you that you may have had to do yourself and if he found that he was being pushed away or that you were just being too overbearing he really may have wanted out and not to have to deal with it. Unfortunately this does happen often but more often when its not the relationship that you thought you had.

Not Ready to Commit! A commitment - and I assume you are speaking of marriage - demands a serious consideration. Not only will you live together, but you will have to agree to all of your decisions, which will include among many others, how to spend your money and how to raise your children. This is heavy stuff! Lots of people get scared and shy away from that decision. Take a breather! Maybe, he/she will come around later. You can not rush into a long-term committment like marriage. Think about it like buying a home. There is a lot of fine print in the contract you will have to sign. Read it carefully. Wonder whether you are doing the right thing. Let go of him/her! If the two of you are right for each other, keep the lines open. Maybe something will happen later on. You have to be ready and trust each other. In my opinion if a couple do not trust each other completely or do not have enough faith in their relationship, the relationship is likely to break up.

Just because we are the ones to leave them doesn't mean we don't feel a little sad over the breakup too - this person was part of our lives for whatever amount of time it may have been and it can still be sad that they are gone even if it was our choice. Most times it more of guilt or sad that we did or possibly hurt them but remember they will bounce back and get over it. You have to do what is best for you and if this is your choice you have to be happy with it. You too will get by this but don't dwell on it.

If he wants to leave the country you must respect his decision and try to keep him and the children in regular touch. The phone, internet, email, photos and handwritten mail will all help here. You may no longer be together, or even in the same part of the world, but you still remain a family unit in that you are two parents with two children who need stability in their lives. It won't be easy, but the alternatives are even less easy. Don't cut ties; your kids don't deserve that.

If you can listen to this song it will make some sense why this person says he loves you but slept with another woman. Every time I hear that song, it really get to me because I am in that situation.....

And secondly maybe he just want to make sure that if his other woman is not available for him, he knows that you are waiting for him. Don't because you will look foolish..

If your not together then you really have no need to worry about it as he is not your anymore and can do what he wants.
