Then a "mili-bit-per-second" is 1,000,000 times less than "kilo-bit-per-second", in other words mbps ie less than kbps. The question probably should be "Is Mbps greater than kbps?". If so, the prefix of "M" means "mega-" (1,000,000 multiple) and Mbps is greater than kbps.

I currently pay ard $28/month...NOW, I have not changed from AOL svc in 10 years! nor have I questioned the price b/c it SEEMED reasonable for so long, until now! I was so used to it, and email contacts, and other info built up on their tools, etc, was just too lazy to change...until now! Now, its too expensive and am wondering IF I can keep AOL at a lower cost (how i found your question) and, if no lower cost, I will cancel in favor of google/hotmail, whatever...Good luck...Today, 25-28 dollars is too much for what you get, I never read the news/columns, etc b/c they are really uninformative. Bad value today....
