A normal range is usually between 80 to 220 so if you are below 80 you should have further testing or discuss with physician. A simple blood test is all that is needed and you should fast if possible. If you are going to have blood work done make sure you test for TSH, T3 Total, and T4. You may as well check it all since you are having the blood drawn anyway. Note: sometimes testing the T3 is extra. I paid $16 more to have my T3 tested and it was well worth it as I found out my levels were significantly low.

So, please be careful!!! Things are not what they seem to be in the world of computers. You might even do a Google search on internet/chat room safety for some more tips on protecting yourself and what information about yourself that you do not need to give out. Very carefully. Do not reveal personal information, not even little stuff that you might think wouldn't matter. Be suspicious. There are far too many dangerous people out there.

A E3 has 16 E1's
There is no comparison between the two. A DS3 moves data at 45Mbps an E3 is 34 Mbps. they can not directly connect together. This includes their subrates. An E1 can not connect directly to a T1 without a converter.
