What is the keto sweets recipe?

Believe you can... and you will 💪🏼 Back in May I got out of breath running up the stairs.

Now I can do an intensive kettlebell workout without feeling like I'm dying!

I've transformed my body in 7 months and if I can do it, anyone can. I am (I mean was) a serious chocoholic, I would eat it until I felt sick. Keto has given me the control I need in my life as I don't get those highs and lows in my blood sugar levels anymore.

If you're doubting that it works, take it from me it does, and it could change your life too!

What is the difference between heated eggs vs unheated in a sponge cake?

Using eggs will give your cake structure and bind the ingredients together. Since a sponge cake rises with heat due to the yeast in the flour or bicarbonate of soda that you can add, using heated eggs will start the rising early before all the ingredients are added and mixed. Using cold eggs or room temperature eggs gives you enough time to mix and blend all the ingredients together before putting it into the oven to bake and rise.

Unfortunately, they are naughty but nice and very fattening (unless you are naturally skinny). They are a cake made from traditional puff pastry, filled with butter, currants/raisins, sugar, candied peel, nutmeg, allspice, and topped with demerara sugar. For more information about the history of traditional British Eccles cakes, or for a recipe, see the page link, further down this page, listed under Related Questions.

Can cooking provide a comfortable life economically?

Cooking, baking, and all subsidiaries of those professions can make you anywhere from minimum wage to quite a hefty salary. It really depends on a) how good you are, b) how good your connections are, c) what you intend to do with your passion for food, and d) what your definition of "comfortable" is.

It's really difficult to say that it can or can't provide a comfortable life because it depends on what you do with it. If you end up a breadmaker in a small bakery, you could be looking at $13/hour upward. If you are a personal chef, you can make much more than that. If you're working as a chef for a small restaurant, you're not looking at much above minimum wage again. If you're looking to own your own catering business or restaurant, then it raises yet again.

It also depends on if you've been professionally trained in your field of cooking or if you're going off what your mother taught you (not that there's anything wrong with that-- but you're much more likely to get a job if you were taught by professionals). Even Pampered Chef, a company that sells cooking supplies, involves a lot of cooking and can make you quite a bit of money if you're good at it. (Source: This is what my aunt has started doing as a living.)

So the answer is really yes, and no. Sorry I can't be more specific. If you'd like more information, the U.S. government has a page of job statistics and information about some cooking-related professions.
