Switch the camera into manual mode. Use your test shots exposure information to set the aperture. Set the shutter speed to what you used in step 2. Turn off auto white balance. Set it to a preset or custom. Basically make sure any auto features are not on auto, otherwise you'll get a nasty flickering

If you have to, try to sneak her in through a window if you're on the first floor. Or, depending on how large her breasts are, you can have her cross-dress as a boy with a cap on (to hide her hair/face), and have her wrap her breasts to her chest (gives her the appearance of a slightly bulky man/boy) with some sort of ace bandage like material.

If that won't work, and you're really desperate, try checking out the security camera sweep patterns. If you can figure them out, and find the blind spots, you should be able to get her around the cameras… However, this can take a lot of preparation, which you probably aren't willing to do.

If you're really desperate, borrow/save some money, and rent a hotel room for the night, since you are prolly aiming for sex or something that is not allowed to occur in the boy's dorm after regular visiting hours.

If any of the above works, (the cross dressing worked to get me inside my bf's room) then make sure you use a condom! :P

That depends on how much you are willing to take the camera apart.

If you didn't want to touch it, then you would have to use a solenoid to push the button. That would probably need some drive electronics similar to driving a motor.

If you can take the camera apart then you could replace the switch with a relay. Small relays can be driven directly from a microcontroller. The switch may be more complex than just one switch. Maybe a half-press focuses and a full-press takes the picture. So you might need more than one relay, or maybe one relay with more than one pole. You wont know until you look.

Almost certainly, the switch drives a voltage input (or more than one) on a microcontroller in the camera. So if you traced the signal back you should be able to drive that voltage input directly from your microcontroller. You may have to get into some very small surface mount components.

Yes but a front surface mirror ( the mirror is on the front of the glass not behind it ) is best.

If you are going to take a photo of yourself in a mirror you have to place the camera at an angel where the camera sees you in the mirror and you see the camera not yourself. So place the camera at a 45 degree angle to the mirror and place yourself opposite of it. look at the camera, set the timer and let it go or use a long shutter release if the camera is designed for it.

Of course those of us who carry rangefinders, SLRs or TLRs have been taking photos with mirrors for years.

You don't need a college degree per say,but you do need a good camera and a back up one just in case and and a very good portfolio.

This is not really an answer, then your question could be a trick question. I think some toy maker, maybe in Hon Kong, invented the nickon,

which was a "toy" camera and I only saw one, in the hands of a street hawker. If your question actually referred to a Nikon, that's different, but that's a brand that came out after World War 2, in the 40's, or early 50's I doubt that you were around then, otherwise you would have known the answer, unless you really did mean nickon,

which wasn't an invention, but a very, very cheap plastic "copy"

You don't. The Fujifilm Quick Snap Waterproof is a disposable camera. You take the entire camera to the film processor and never see again -- it's intended for use in conditions that might damage a "real" camera.
