To enable the alarm system on a 2012 Chevy Malibu, ensure that all doors, the trunk, and the hood are closed. Then, simply lock the vehicle using the key fob or the door lock switch. The alarm system will automatically activate after a few seconds, indicated by the parking lights flashing. If you only have the 1 key fob the programming must be done with a special Dodge tool (DRB), if you have 1 working fob and want to add a second you can do it yourself. With the key on but engine not running Press and hold the unlock button on the working fob for at least 4 seconds but not more than 10 seconds, within the 4-0 seconds press the panic button then release both buttons, the BCM should chime to let you know it is in programming mode, press any button on each fob to be programmed then turn the key off, if 4 fobs have been programmed it wouln't accept any more until erased by the dealer

Has to be disactivated with a drb 3. Your local Chrysler dealer can deactivate alarm. Although you may have to pay for labor time.

my 98 4runner alarm system does not seem to be working if i used the alarm to open the door it will not open

I had the same problem with my 2000 xterra and it turned out to be low battery voltage. Check your battery this is most likely your culprit.

have you tried disconnecting the battery then reconnecting?

yes you can put a turbo on anycar. Some cars vary from others. Some you can push 5psi some you can do 15psi. It depends how strong your engine parts are and what there made of. Its all about how much $$

If the LED light is not on solid then, the issue may be with siren itself.

Newer vehicles come with "Smart" Keys, these keys have a small chip built into them. A dealer or true Lock smith can look up the vehicles VIN and contact the manufacturer to get the codes to program into the chip to make their key act like the original. If the car does not use a smart key, the alarm should have a remote that came with the car, it should be able to deactivate the alarm, if not it's battery may be dead, and can be replaced. If you want to totally disable the alarm, you can either remove the alarm module if it is an "After Market" type, but if it is truly factory equipment, it will be integrated with the body computer, and removal is not an option. most car alarms that I know of have their own fuse hidden, and because I question the intent of this I'd say bring the car to a reputable dealer to find out where because I will not be a part of stealing cars

First turn the alarm off....then walk out the front/back door. That is how i do it all the time! Its so much simpler than taking the chance of the alarm going off! Dont forget...YOUR CURFEW!
