Are there any signs to tell if there is a snake in your backyard?
Unless your backyard is nothing but sand (or you saw it) then no. Even if it were you would need an expert to be able to differentiate between snake tracks and debris blowing across the sand. Also, if there WAS a snake in your yard it wouldn't be there for long unless you have a fresh source of water and lots of prey.

Having kept and bred reptiles for 25 years - I wouldn't recommend it ! There is no way of knowing what internal parasites are being carried by wild rodents. You're safer buying frozen from specialist pet shops !
How too find a pet snake who got loose?
With great difficulty - it can get into many places humans can't !
The best thing to do is check warm places such as hot water tanks & pipes, or the rear of a fridge/freezer (where the heat-exchange coil is). Use this as a lesson to always make sure your reptiles cannot get out of their vivarium unless you let them out !
It depends what you mean by 'walks'. If you mean to take it outside with you, out of its vivarium - there's nothing wrong with that provided it's a similar temperature outside as in its usual enclosure. The only thing I would say is - you'll likely attract a lot of attention from other people - and it's probably not a good idea unless you're in an enclosed space that the general public cannot get access to.

Do corn snakes cages need to be cleaned?
Corn snake cages do indeed need to be cleaned. I can tell you from personal experience that snake poopies smell pretty disgusting. The nice thing is, they'll only poop about once a week or so, whenever you feed them.
Generally, snake cages will be okay with just a spot cleaning. The poop will dry on the substrate, so just scoop it out with a paper towel, throw it away, and put bit of fresh substrate in to replace what you just pulled out. A full clean is really only needed about once a year or more if you think the cage is getting exceptionally dirty.

Eating a frozen mouse can be bad for a snake. The extreme cold can hurt the snake, as it is cold blooded. And because the limbs are not flexible, the snake can be hurt internally.
You don't actually tame them you just increase their tolerance of being handled. When handling you want to make sure to touch all over, especially the face. With a lot of handling you will find that corn snakes are very easy to get along with.
No. Snakes can escape through the tiniest openings. To get exercise, I would put your snake in a closed area that is under constant supervision.
