It is difficult to say. Early Siamese cats that were imported from Thailand had a kink in their tails, and for many decades this trait, along with Siamese cats being cross-eyed, were seen as proof that a cat was indeed of pure Siamese breeding - especially in cat shows.

Today, this trait is now considered a flaw within the Siamese breed and has largely been bred out, although it still persists among street cats in Thailand. Siamese cats bought from reputable breeders should not have kinks in their tails due to careful breeding programs.

Cats are very affectionate, and if you have one, it probably loves you. If it rubs on you, it is showing that you belong to it, and it's probably telling that to other cats. Try giving your cat some attention, that may be why it's following you around.

Depending on what other food sources he has, an outside cat can live indefinitely without being fed. when drinking water, cats are very much in control, overpowering the water in terms of volume and mass.

but when in water, say "a pond", the water overpowers the cat.

therefore cats are fine with water being in it, but not it being in water.

Yes they can do. Although it is not common practice as they are naturally relatively peaceful animals they do. I had a fox come in through my cat's cat flap and make itsef at home at 4 in the morning. Thankfully I heard it and hustled it out of my house. Their urine reeks and takes forever to remove..so beware

Sometimes it is difficult to tell a cat has an injury as cats can hide pain very well. Some tell-tale signs could be being unable to jump, limping, possibly making a noise when the injured hip is touched.

A vet will be able to determine a broken hip by feeling the area, or by doing an x-ray.

--If your cat is constantly eating and is gaining weight you should limit their food intake. Feed them a little in the morning and a little in the afternoon (find appropriate amounts of food off of the cat food/or Internet). This way the cat does not over eat. However, in multi-cat homes it is hard to limit food because of one cat eating too much, so in that case just try your best to exercise the cat more and try to limit as much food as you can, without harming the other cats food intake.

In order to groom a cat you must need a specialized comb that will be able to catch small insects. you then take the comb and go with the fur down the cat to the tail. This will get arid of any insects that may be hiding in the fur and will also get arid of the extra fur laying on or in the new coat. Some cats need to be groomed more often than others, for instance a long haired cat will need to be groomed every day where as a short haired cat maybe every other day if that.

If your previously quiet cat won't stop yowling, my first guess is that she's an unfixed female and is going into heat. If you mean that a previously peaceful cat is crashing around the house knocking things over, this happens from time to time, and is normal for cats. If it's the first, get her fixed and she'll quiet down. If it's the second, it'll pass once the cat gets the excess energy out of their system.

Make sure you have a litter box available in your house and that your cat knows where it is at. It must be kept fresh & clean at all times because if allowed to become dirty, the cat will not use it.

However; kids can be taught to listen to their parents commands. A cat, on the other hand, will listen when they want to and return when they want to! i wouldn't give your kitten regular milk as this may give him/her loose stool and dehydrate them. I would suggest non dairy creamer if you have to make it thru the night until you can get to the store to get mothers milk replacement which is the best choice for a replacement if the mother cant or wont feed or even if you get a kitten that you cant get to eat once you bring it home.

Orphan kittens will die first from hypothermia so it is very important to keep them warm. Do not use a heating pad - you may accidentally get them too warm. The heat source should be something they can curl up next to or move away from as needed. I recommend using a milk jug filled with steaming hot water - wrap in a towel and place in a card board box with the kittens. The orphan kittens can curl up next to their "water momma" and stay warm. Check the bottle on a regular basis and make sure it stays warm. Orphan kittens need to be bottle fed every 2 - 3 hours day and night. The kittens should eat a kitten milk replacer - you can buy this and a small bottle at a pet store. The product comes in a powder you mix with water or you can buy a liquid, but once the can of the liquid form is opened it is only good for 24 hours - I find the powder form more economical if you are in for the long haul. Never give kittens the "cow milk" we drink, this can make them sick and it isn't rich enough for them. When their eyes open, around 2 weeks of age, you can start to offer canned kitten food mixed with the milk replacer. They won't eat it yet, but they will start to play in the milk and lick it off each other, slowly they will learn it's food. I keep nursing them through this period of learning. As they grow I feed them less often to give them a chance to eat on their own. When the kittens are about 3 ½ weeks old I stop feeding at night, but I do give one last feeding before bed and an early morning feeding. When the kittens are 5 - 6 weeks old they will be eating on their own, feed regular kitten food, the babies should be weaned from the milk by this age.Orphan kittens need stimulation to go potty. Use damp cotton balls to rub the kittens' bottom to help them go to the bathroom. Do this after every feeding. As the kittens grow up start doing this over a small litter box (I use a paper plate with a small amount of litter). Leave the litter box with the kittens at all times, the kittens will crawl through the box while exploring their surroundings, as the kittens smell themselves in the box they will learn what the box is for. Use a damp wash cloth to keep the kittens clean. Orphan kittens can get pretty messy especially when they start to learn to eat on their own. If food is left on them they can develop a mild skin dermatitis. The wash cloth method works pretty well but if they are severely messy a mild soap, I like Aveeno, works well for a bath, use a blow dryer afterward so they won't get a chill. You can do everything right and lose a kitten. It is a horrible feeling when it happens, remember it is not your fault. All you can do is try.

No. Cats eat rabbits, and can easily kill them. Cats are very territorial, so they really don't like other animals living with them. They are fine with ferrets, though. Even if your cat didn't eat the rabbit, the bunny would become very nervous, and miserable, it would be afraid of the cat's size. So, to finish of my answer, no animals can live with cats happily apart from ferrets.

I don't know for sure how to do this, having never done it myself, but I think I know how, though be sure to check with someone who knows before you do anything. I think that you get whatever it is you are feeding the kitten in the syringe, and then you squirt it ,or whatever ,into the kitten's mouth.

I put clear packing tape on the places where they like to scractch - the posts beneath each arm rest. This takes most of the fun out of it for them and they got the point. Yelling "no!" and clapping my hands loudly is another good deterrent, but that's only for when you actually catch them in the act.

The most likely cause is parasitic intestinal worms. Take the cat to a veterinarian immediately to be dewormed!! The veterinarian may also have to give you a special diet for the cat to help it recover.
