What identification markings are on cutting discs?
Cutting discs typically feature several key identification markings, including the disc's diameter, thickness, and the maximum operating speed (RPM). They may also indicate the type of material they're designed to cut, such as metal or masonry, and include safety certification symbols. Additionally, the manufacturer's name and model number can often be found on the disc for traceability. These markings help users select the appropriate disc for their specific cutting needs and ensure safe usage.
What are the dimensions of an audio CD?
The diameter is 120 millimetres. The thickness depends on whether or not it can be written to.
I'm not sure that anyone really knows a specific person who invented them. There is a good article about them here http://www.cedu.niu.edu/blackwell/books.html, which you might find interesting, talking a little bit about why they were invented, and the people who invented them were interested in teaching children without a huge expense... so perhaps the poor invented them?
No
The library should be your first stop if you wished to find resources such as CD-ROMs, magazines, or microfiche materials.
What do you do if your DVD gets stuck in your laptop and your Mac laptop is beeping?
I don't know why the mac would be beeping, but to remove the disk you have to restart the mac. Then once its shut off, hold down the 'left click' on the mouse or keypad until you can tell its starting up again. Then while still holding the mouse down, you hold the opition key. Do this for a couple seconds and the disk should come out, even if it isn't far enough in for the mac to read it :) I had the same thing happen to me and this saved me from a $100 bill :)
What does unsupported format mean with a CD?
It is not compatible with the CD reader/writer you are using.
