In world war 1 the allied powers were fighting against the central powers

Austria and Turkey did not use tanks. Germany built only twenty tanks, and they used captured British tanks which were in no short supply.

England technically entered world war one because the central powers invaded Belgium who's borders were protected by England, but it is probable that Britain would have joined the war anyways after the rest of the entente had done so.

The ententes for the entente were Britain, France, and Russia.

From 1814 until implementation of the Treaty of Versailles at the end of World War 1,Galicia (Galizien in German) was the largest province of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. It had long borders to the east and north with the Russian Empire and was the scene of several intense battles between Russian and Austrian/German forces. Large parts of Easter Galicia were invaded by Russian forces early in the war.

The former Austrian province of Galicia should not be confused with the region in Spain called Galicia. They are two different places.

Italy refused to honor its alliance with Germany and Austria-Hungary in the triple alliance and joined the allied forces, being promised part of the territory in Austria after the war.

Resulting Powers derive from the mass of delegated powers or from a group of them. They are an extension of implied powers.

The Black Hand

It is not really a good question. The Triple Alliance came into being in I believe l879 ( as did Con Ed under another name-Edison Lamp Works) There is no connection between the two. It wasx a political and military alliance between Germany, Austria (considered as one country-The Austro-Hungarian Empire) and Italy. On and off it lasted until l9l5- after World War I had begun. Rather abruptly, the Italians quit the Triple Alliance- which then passed into history. Italy was on the Allied side in World War I and in combat against the Austro-Hungarians. So the Alliance lasted from l879-l9l5. I have no idea why Italy backed out of the Alliance. The Central Powers- the term Axis was not used in War I, was Germany, Austria-Hungary- and somewhat oddly Turkey. Turkey was militarily involved in the deadly Dardanelles campaign , for example on the German (Central) side. so it goes.

In World war 1 the central powers were Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and the Ottoman empire. Italy was initially part of that alliance ("triple alliance") but because it switched side to the Entente, in order to conquer some territory from Austria.

Nations adopt different styles of government because of the various goals of society in general. There are many different styles of government in the world.

The Allies referred to them to as U-boats a contraction of the translation of the German name for the vessels: Under sea boat or in German "Unterseeboot"

Gavrilo Prinicp died in Prison, he murdered the archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophia, attempted to take a drug that was so out of date it only made him throw up rather than its initial purpose, to kill him. He wanted to do this as his last act before he died.
