Also, it is very easy for bacteria to get up into the cervix and cause infection, so all doctors recommend you do not take a bath or get in a jacuzzi for at least 6 wks. Also, if you dilate early way before time for the baby to be born, which is what I did, they also recommend (if your water breaks prematurely) to not sit down in a bath because bacteria can go up into your cervix and cause infection, not only in your uterus, but it may also spread to the baby.

It doesn't mean anything is wrong. I have a tilted cervix. Sometimes it makes becoming pregnant more difficult, but I had no problem getting pregnant. My doctor said it's normal and nothing to worry about.
