It is located on a sticker inside the glove box. When you open the glove box, look down and you will see a sticker with a bunch of 3 or 4 number combinations in a few rows. Don't worry about those rows - look at the very bottom of the sticker. There you will see a letter/number combination (something like WA-92L or WA-392L, yours will be different, this one is JUST AN EXAMPLE. And another thing to look out for - sometimes the number is cut off (like it was in my case, so I had to look at different possibilities), like in the above example, if the bottom of the number is cut off, you will have to figure out if it's 392I, 392L, or 3921). Another option is taking your VIN number and calling your local Chevy dealer or visit him and ask them to check it. They should be able to get the paint code by checking their records. But don't try to get your paint code off your VIN at the paint store - they have no access to the Chevrolet database. Hope this helps.

If you still have the owners manual, there is a detailed guide on how to do this. Look under Passaner Compartment Air Filter. If you dont have it, then do the following: 1. Open the glove box about half way 2. Hold you hands on the top and bottom of the glovebox, and pull up on the glovebox. You will have to pull really hard, but it will eventually come off. 3. Right behind the glovebox just left of the center of the glovebox is a long panel. Push on the tab at the bottom until it is pushed all the way in and the tab releases at the bottom. 4. Pull that cover off 5. The Cabin Air Filter is straight ahead. You will have to pull it out and bend it towards the passenger side of the car. Just go slow, and it will eventually come out. Reinstalling is these steps in reverse.
