Chevy 350 small block engines with hydralic lifters set at 0 lash. That means start the engine and adjust the valve until it just quits clicking. Then tighten the nut approx 3/4-1 turn then set the next one.
Is a Corvette zo6 faster than a saleen mustang S281?
Stock for stock,in my opinion,yes. A C6 Corvette Z06 does 0-60 around 3.7 secs. 1/4 mile 11.7-11.9. The Saleen s281 supercharged (465hp) 1/4 mile times i read were around 12.9. The S281 EXTREME model 550hp i believe,is very sketchy. All i can find is 0-60 in the low four's. And that's not a magazine road test.Nothing on the 1/4 mile. As far as the top of the line S302 (620hp),that's sketchy too. I do remember reading something about 11.5 in the quarter. And 3.8-4.0 for 0-60. But that too is very sketchy. Unless im wrong,finding magazine road tests for the latest Saleen's,is basically impossible. Hope this helps.

i would like to add on the c4's there behind the the stereo What year? On years 68-72 (and maybe other years)there are two locations. The blinker flasher is in the fuse box and the emergency flasher is located under the passenger side dash.
