The egr valve on the 1999 vortec v6 is bolted to the intake valve. It is just behind the distributor.

My filter on my 02 chevy 1500 is under the driver door inside the chassis. Look under the van and you will see.

Remove wiring harness at top of starter

It is very simple to remove a Chevy Express grill. All you will need is a Philips head screwdriver and a 7mm socket. When you pop the hood, you will see a screw on the top far left and right of the grill. Simply remove with the 7mm socket. Then take the Philips screwdriver and remove the 2 yellow reflectors. you will then see 2 more screws you need to remove. Once you have removed all 4 screws, the 2 yellow reflectors, you will be able to just have the grill just pop off. Simple as that!

On my 2004 Express, the cigarette lighter is fuse #30 in the engine compartment. It is located to the right as you face the engine compartment. It is a 15 amp fuse. The fuse next to it is a 20 amp for the auxiliary power (the second cigarette lighter). There is also another fuse box under the driver's seat.

You can get a 2001 Chevy Express wiring diagram at your local library. Most libraries will have the Chevy service manual with the wiring diagram.

There is no DRAIN PETCOCK on the radiator , You have to pull the lower hose to drain . Thanks GM designers someone asleep at the wheel.

fuse block under hood. driver's side. number 18 TCB#2. replace the fuse.

there is an under-engineered ground in the reverse circuit. if you back up with the dome lights on, it could blow the fuse.

You are having a vacuum loss. Check the hard plastic line that is on the right side under the hood for holes. I replaced mine and it fixed the problem. 1992 F150

Yes. There are several fuses and relays to check. Check the ignition fuse, fuel pump fuse, fuel pump relay, ignition relay, and PCM fuse and relays. They are located under the steering wheel inside the car and also under the hood in the power box on the driver side. Refer to owners manual for fuse and relay locations.

Generally speaking yes. I'm not sure about the newest body style, but traditionally the van and pickup shared the same platform, axles, powertrain, etc. Keep in mind the offset is different between 2 and 4 wheel drive trucks. If the donor wheels are off a 2wd pickup you should be fine.
