How do you program WV caddy key fob?
This doesn't work if you lost all the "primary" keys - the ones that have the remote unlock functions on them. And it doesn't work if your primary key isn't working. If all you have is a valet key, you need to go back to the dealer, who uses a computer to program them.
If you have a good primary key and a new fob that has the key blade cut, this is what you do:
1. Put the key you want to program in the ignition and turn the car to "on." Don't try to crank the engine.
2. Get out of the car and close the door. Take the working primary key and put it in the doorlock. Manually lock the car by turning the key. Remove the key from the lock.
3. Push the "unlock" button on the key fob. Wait at least one second and push it again.
4. Get in the car and turn the key to the "off" position. Remove the key.
The key is now programmed to your car.
What is Commercial Motor Vehicle?

My question is: the same motor vehicle but in intrastate commerce, is not a commercial motor vehicle?
***********************************************************
Any Pick-up truck in Calif must be registered commercial. But that's just a money-grab by the State. Calif law defines a commercial vehicle as any motor vehicle, including passenger cars used on public roadways for the purpose of hire (taxi) or cargo transport for financial compensation. Other words, if you use your car or truck to make money it's commercial. They make certain exemptions for example a Pizza-delivery guy is not commercial. (Again, the top is not my work but somehow my name is there, I don't want credit for somebody else's good work -Ron
It's pretty cut-and-dry. They drive long distances, and usually sleep in the truck at night.

How far does 100 liters of fuel take you?
That depends on the vehicle you're driving. There'll be a significant difference between the mileage you'd get from a Prius and the mileage you'd get from a Heavy Goods Vehicle.
Imported motor vehicles are subject to U.S. safety standards, bumper standards, and air pollution control (emission) standards. Most vehicles manufactured abroad that conform with U.S. safety, bumper, and emission standards are exported expressly for sale in the United States; therefore, it is unlikely that a vehicle obtained abroad meets all relevant standards. Be skeptical of claims by a foreign dealer or other seller that a vehicle meets these standards or can readily be brought into compliance. Nonconforming vehicles entering the United States must be brought into compliance, exported, or destroyed.
You need to be sure that you have fully researched taking a car to the USA - you can then look into shipping via either container or RORO

Is there a grace period for commercial tags in Kentucky?
Technically there is no grace period in any state. It's entirely up to the officer.
But most states will let you go up to 30 days, but remember, it's still illegal to have expired plates. 1 minute after midnight when it expires they can still legally give you a citation.

In the US:The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration defines a Commercial Motor Vehicle in 390.5 as:Commercial motor vehicle means any self-propelled or towed motor vehicle used on a highway in interstate commerce (business) to transport passengers or property when the vehicle-
(1) Has a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR)or gross combination weight rating, or gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight, of 4,536 kg (10,001 pounds) or more, whichever is greater; or
(2) Is designed or used to transport more than 8 passengers (including the driver) for compensation; or
(3) Is designed or used to transport more than 15 passengers, including the driver, and is not used to transport passengers for compensation; or
(4) Is used in transporting material.
The GVWR is not how much your vehicle weighs, it's what your vehicles' maximum laden weight is. It is assigned by the manufacturer. You can find the GVWR on the VIN plate on the door or door frame of most power vehicles, and on the VIN plate on most trailers.
If you add the GVWR from the Truck and trailer and it is more than 10,000 pounds, it's a commercial vehicle.
For example, a Ford F150 has a GVWR around 7000 pounds by itself. A tandem axle flat bed trailer usually has a GVWR of 7000 pounds. When the vehicles are together, the total combination rating is 14,000 pounds and the vehicle is a commercial vehicle.
Most states have adopted the federal regulations, but some have made exceptions to this rule for Non-CDL commercial vehicles that are operated only within the individual state. (Non CDL means a commercial motor vehicle with a GVWR between 10,001 and 26,000 pounds)
Check with your local jurisdiction to find out if your state has adopted the federal regulations and if there are any exceptions.

How do you replace a starter motor 03 opel combo?
There's one procedure for changing starter motors that works on everything from a Volkswagen Bug to a semi tractor.
1. Unhook the battery.
2. Find the starter. There will be two wires running to it. The fat one (it goes to the battery) is bolted on, the thin one (it goes to the ignition switch) has a push-on connector. Disconnect both wires.
3. The starter is held to the engine with two bolts. Remove the nuts and then the starter. Be careful because these are heavy--and the bigger the engine is, the heavier the starter.
4. Put the new starter in place and bolt it in. Tighten the bolts very tight.
5. Reconnect the two wires, then hook the battery back up and you're done.
Quick note: Before you unhook anything, get a little piece of wire, strip both ends and short the two wires together WITH THE VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL AND THE WHEELS CHOCKED!!!! If the starter cranks the engine the problem is somewhere in the ignition-switch circuit, not the starter.
