Definition of suppliers

As an international agricultural trading company, the supplier of our company could be the following types of companies:

1. Strawberry grower

2. Transport company: Provide transport service to our company outside and inside the target country.

3. Advertisement provider, etc.

Denmark-Low

There are a lot of strawberry suppliers among the whole world and in Spain. Which means that it is possible to switch between those suppliers.

The supply of strawberry is a combination of growers. Comparing with the whole industry, those growers are relatively smaller. The power of individual grower is also low.

For transport and other services. Denmark is a small country but it is a member of EU, and it is geographically 'Connected' to the Europe mainland. which means that it is possible to select other transport service suppliers from other EU countries.

Norway- Low

Same as the situation of Denmark, there are a lot of strawberry suppliers among the whole world and in Spain. Which means that it is possible to switch between those suppliers.

The supply of strawberry is a combination of growers. Comparing with the whole industry, those growers are relatively smaller. The power of individual grower is also low.

However, Norway is not a member of EU, our company may have to select some Norway companies for domestic transport and advertising. As Norway is a small country, the bargaining power of those companies may be higher than the ones in Denmark.

Bargaining Power of Suppliers

Sweden: The mango is a common fruit that more than 90 countries grow it. The trade company can change different suppliers all year round. In EU, the market of mango is increasing quickly so that many suppliers all over the world want to supply this market. The bargaining power of suppliers is low.

Belgium: Belgium is also a EU member so that the situation of suppliers is same as Sweden. The mango is a common fruit that more than 90 countries grow it. To promote good air flow. Computer's use electricity to do its computations, all this energy running through the computer generates ALOT of heat.
