The main advantage is that you won't lose image quality. If you use a different resolution, the monitor has to convert it to the native resolution. That isn't too bad if the aspect ratio is the same and the selected resolution can be evenly converted. But if it is not, the image will be distorted. If you display at less than the native resolution, the monitor will have to choose to either convert to its native resolution, and distort the image and lose quality in places, or it just won't fill the screen and you end up with a small image that won't fill the screen.

So the advantages are that you will get to keep your aspect ratio, the image properly fills the screen, and you avoid having a distorted image that loses pixels in places.

You keep it clean.Make sure that there are no heating issues. Always keep it cool. Change the wiring if you feel that they are creating troubles. Make sure that power given to it is of right amount. Do not keep in moisture free environment.

Considering that you had to ask this, I'm going to say that it's somewhere north of impossible.

Try to use File Expert. I have installed it for a few months. I think it is the best files manager. It has various classifications including gallery, text, ebook and so on. All of your files are displayed clearly. Also, it offers you more convenient ways to send files to your computer/ PC/ other phones.

there's no way to start a computer without a bootmanager file, you have to reinstall your operating system.

Your hard drive may have been corrupted. I would suggest calling your local computer repair service (Best Buy, private company, etc.). Not booting up either means that, or that you need to reinstall your operating system. To do that, insert the disc into the computer and boot up. Follow the onscreen directions. If that does not work, see above.

I would say just heat could damage it/speed wear, the motors and bearings in your hard drive and your fans being the most obvious. The monitor will fail sooner too. It's almost a roll of the dice because these things fail for no apparent reason sometimes, but why push your luck by leaving it on when it's not needed. As far as performance goes; whatever is in memory can degrade over time from errors here and there. It's hard to say what fails and why, but if if I leave a PC on for days I usually have some weird problem, usually slower speed and sometimes complete lock-up. They always work fine after a quick reboot to refresh the memory with accurate data. Nothing good can happen from leaving it on, it'll either be ok after x time frame, or something negative happens, but it will never get better by leaving it run. There's also the power you're wasting. So I guess the bottom line is; wear on parts, memory errors, wasted electricity. Yet nothing positive comes from it.

Does your computer start despite the missing dll? If so you can use a reputable registry repair tool to attempt to fix the problem. You might also want to boot your PC in safe mode or run any recovery console (watch for options as your PC boots). If those do not work try using a recovery disc (if you have one) and rolling back to your last stable restore point. If you manage to get it all back on track, be sure to take this opportunity to back your data if you haven't done so.

Depends on what you're using the Linux computer for (server vs desktop) however, just updating whenever it tells you to should keep you relatively secure.

I've had this problem for awhile now and can't find any solutions to it on the internetanywhere. Basically what happens is I'll turn music on and i'll set the volume to what I want and the volume immediately descends all the way down till I can't hear it anymore. Then when i try to turn it up it blasts all the way up to where it should be and then it turns all the way down again. This is VERY annoying and almost makes listening to anything at a decent volume impossible because it always goes down to nothing. I have the Creative Audigy 2 Soundblaster 6.1 Speakers and the Audio Card that goes with that. I've uninstalled, re-installed, updated drivers. I actually found a thread that sounded like the problem I was having and they said to delete the Creative volume control that comes with the card and speakers, well i did that and still no joy. I'd appreciate any feedback as to if you are having the same problems or some extremely sought after solutions. Thnks

The computer has no way of detecting speakers. They pretty much only are aware of sound cards or their equivalent on the mainboard.

1. Make sure the rest of the house/office has electricity.
2. Check plug socket is on.
3. Check Power supply is turned on
4. Check power cable is plugged into the back
5. Check power supply is connected to motherboard
6. If it is, see if the PSU fans spin up when turned on
7. If not use a PSU tester
8. If all is OK test motherboard.

If you are running Windows Vista or Vista SP1, it's because of some logout/shutdown/sleep bugs that are still present in that operating system. If the computer won't turn off after waiting for a while, do a hard shutdown (i.e. hold the power button for a few seconds until the computer turns off). In general this won't have a negative result for your computer, but it would be helpful if Microsoft could get the bugs out of Windows Vista sleep/hibernation/logout.

The buzzing is probably the capacitors and other components transforming the electric current coming from the wall to a volt, watt, amp, ect...that your laptop can use best. If it weren't for the transformer box on the cable, we'd only need a long piece of wire to run our laptops. But computer companies have designed their laptops to use different ampherage voltage, and wattage as compared to your standard electrical current for battery and charging efficiency, as well as a small way to add more money onto the price tag. It's not a big problem, its just your cable doing its job

Check the Recycle Bin they go there first before they are deleted permanently. If it is there then you can restore it.

This is not possible, though it might be possible to hide them or just ignore them.

The question is if you charged the computer all the way to 100% on it's first charge , and how much does it charge to because it matters if its 99% or 70% because it just can be a battery and/or charger failure.

Sigverif.exe is a Microsoft System 32 process that controls File Signature Verification. It is a required process for Windows and should not be stopped or delayed during startup.
