§ Ashwini (name changed) registered her profile on shadi.com website to findout a life partner.After few days, A boy named Rahul showed interest in her, then they started continuosly chatting on chat room through web camera & shared all the personal information with each other.

§ After few days,Rahul wished to have a nude chat with Ashwini, which she refused therefore he stopped communication for nearly one & half month.

§ At last succumbed to his pressure& had a nude chat on webcam.

§ Few days later, Rahul told Ashwini regarding refusal of marriage proposal by his parents& they are are tying his knot with some other girl. So Ashwini has made her mind.

§ After 3 to 4 months period, Rahul called Ashwini on her cell phone & asked to come to Delhi for physical relation. She refused, then he abused and threatened her that her nude images are with him & he would publish it on website.

§ After being tortured she agreed but refused to come to Delhi & asked him to come to Mumbai for physical relation.

§ Two days later Rahul approched Ashwini on cell phone and told her that he is not interested in her and he demanded Rs.50,000/- & gave an (perticular)Bank Account number of Delhi. she deposited Rs.5,000/- in this A/C.
