Does giving blood reduce stamina?
Temporarily, yes. Giving blood means that you lose some of your red blood cells, which are what carries oxygen from the lungs and to the muscles. With less cells to carry oxygen, your muscles will have less to work with and you will get out breath faster.
Blood cells are constantly replenished however, so you'll be back to level pretty soon.

What should you keep the level on to burn more calories on a bike?
To burn the most calories while riding a bike, you want to put it into the gear that has the most resistance, so you have to work the hardest to pedal.
Which tire is faster a 23 x 700 or a 25 x 700?
It's not that easy to tell.
Generally, a thinner tire will be more aerodynamic than a wider tire, but there's more to speed than aerodynamics - rolling resistance for instance. A wider tire with less rolling resistance can be a faster choice than a narrower tire with higher rolling resistance.
And there's tire pressure too. With a narrower tire, you'll need to run higher pressure to avoid pinch flats. With higher pressure the ride gets bouncier.
And each bounce will turn some of your speed into an upward motion, losing you both speed and traction for the moment.

How many miles riding a bike burn 3500 calories weekly?
Depends on a lot of things, your age, your gender, your fitness level, how hard you ride to start with.

Would a Viking Scirocco be a suitable bike for a long distance ride from London to Switzerland?
The big thing isn't the bike, it's the rider.
London-Geneva is about 600 miles/1000 kilometers.
Even if you spend several days at it you need to be a seasoned rider to be able to cover that kind of distance with some sort of enjoyment.
And if you were a seasoned rider, odds are you wouldn't settle for such a low-end bike as the Viking Scirocco.
And you'd need to carry some equipment too. Even if you plan on credit card touring, you'd need to carry a change of clothes to get into after each day's ride. And some stuff to change into depending on riding weather.
Not something the Scirocco is set up to do at purchase.
The bike is low-end, but should survive. Parts are easy enough to come by, so most failures should be possible to sort out at the next town big enough to have a bike shop. But make sure to have it properly tuned and adjusted before taking off though. Usually they skimp on assembly on low-priced bikes.
I'd consider getting the rear wheel replaced with a freehub-equipped one instead of the freewheel versions. Freewheels have a weaker design and are more prone to axle bending/breaking.
Well I don't think they let you ride your bike in the chunnel. I don't think the VS will float. So I'm guessing it wouldn't be too suitable unless you do a hydrofoil conversion. Otherwise on the road...I'm guessing it has a robust frame that can take the punishment. It isn't a racing bike.
up cycling is not related to the sport of cycling. It is like recycling, but to re use the item to create something better/improve on it
