What does it mean if a girl asks you to slow dance when you know she likes you?
If you know that she likes you and she asks you to dance, she is just trying to get close to you. Dancing can also be very intimate so she might want to be close in that way as well. Is that really so hard to figure?
What is the age you have to get in to ballet classes and later become a ballerina?
There are no age limits to start ballet as each studio differs but it is best not to start too early, six is a good age to start at if you want to be a professional ballerina
To answer your question,
(It is very good by the way) The future of ballet is all in the hands if small dancers, persuing there dream for their love of dance. Ballet is something that helped me get through a clutzy stage, and I belive provides all dancers with self confidence and a chance to feel elegant and beautiful. The future of ballet is going to simply be like it is now, except with more disipline, and new dancers for each generation of poised dancers to look up to.
Hope this helped!

Advice for asking a boy to dance with you at the last 8th grade dance?
ask him what he thinks of the dance(a lot of boys dislike middle school dances) if he seems open ask if he's going or if he has a date to go, if he doesn't ask if he'd like to be your date for the dance.

How do bees interprete the movements and sounds of the waggle dance?
The angle between the direction the 'dancing' bee is facing while waggling its abdomen and the vertical is the direction to the new nectar source from the hive with respect to the sun, and the duration of the waggle gives the distance.
Bees are aware of the movement of the sun during the day, so can compensate for this when using it for navigation.
What is the difference between a unitard and a leotard?
A unitard is a skin-tight 1-piece garment with long legs and, sometimes, long sleeves, whereas a leotard is a similar garment which does not have long legs.
To put it simply, a unitard is a combination of a leotard and tights, all in one layer.

The Viennese Waltz is a fast-paced ballroom dance, set to 3/4 music, with a 1-2-3 1-2-3 lilt to it. Like its name reveals, it comes from Vienna, Austria, and many classical Viennese waltz numbers were composed by Austrian musicians. In standardised ballroom dance competitions, the Viennese waltz is set to music speeds of about 58-60 bars per minute.
Though very fluid and graceful when performed properly, it is actually a fast dance, and is the fastest of the International Style Standard dances. A true Viennese Waltz contains only turns and changes, and moves around the ballroom in an anti-clockwise fashion continuously, i.e.
Standardisation by International Style ballroom teachers has added a move called the Fleckerl, which essentially spins the couple together as one unit on one spot, and the Contra Check, which is a very quick move that puts the woman into a rather steep backward dip (Note: This is an inadequate description, see the first few seconds of the video).

What is the difference between dance and mathematics?
Dance employs the body, with all its instincts. Mathematics employs the brain, with the concept of thinking things through and, yes, writing them down. Would you rather dance with someone who reduces the experience to equations, or with someone who simply employs the sensuality which engages any dance, from the waltz to the Gaelic foot tapping to the tarantella, to the Greek community dancing...the list goes on. You cannot dance or play music to mathematical formulae. What a mess that'd make of our very human reactions to one another!
