If it's your girlfriend or wife you'd better! If you are short on money it could be as simple as a romantic card or you could give her a single rose with a nice bow around it along with it. If you have the money then take her out for a romantic dinner (somewhere decent that is a little on the dark side and romantic) or, cook her dinner, put candles on the table and have a romantic, quiet dinner together.
