You have NumLock on. Turn it off and your keyboard will act as normal. Num Lock is normally in the top right of the keyboard and you will see its light on too.

If you have comcast constant guard this is a bug in the program.

The iPad is more like a handheld, touchscreen computer. In addition to playing music and video, it has web browsing and ebook reading capabilities.

Improved answer --

I have been reading ebooks on my iPod Touch for quite some time now. So, no big change there.

I also browse the Web with my Touch. Although I will admit that the larger screen Web browsing easier.

In reality the iPad has no significant advantage over the iPod Touch. And it probably is not as functional as an iPhone, no phone or camera.

So, why the iPad? The iPhone now has big time competition. I have talked to users of the Droid phone from Verison. They say that the the iPhone is running a very distant second place to the Droid. Apple needs some new gadget to boost their sales numbers. The problem is that there is really nothing new to the iPad.

One more thing. Try to carry an iPad around in your pocket of purse! LOL

The old battery will not just slide out. You have to either press the release button or the latch. Then you place the new battery in the slot where the old one was located and you got your new battery installed.

Inspiron is the home user budget notebook line of DELL. It has been around for a long time. Studio series came out recently with a much nicer looking design and some of the features of the high-end XPS series (Slot loading DVD drive, barrel-hinge, backlit keyboards etc..). However Studio is also aimed at the budget market, therefore most probably it will replace the Inspiron line. I'd pick a studio over an inspiron.

Press the num lock key but if it is on f11 or something hold the fn key and press it

The best place to get good deals on laptops are stores such as Tiger Direct, Frys, and New Egg. Frys is the only one of those that has brick and mortar stores, if you prefer to try out your laptop before you buy it.

Michael Dell never left Dell. He is an American businessman and the founder and current CEO of Dell, Inc.

1. GB is an acronym for gigabytes. Gigabytes is a unit of measurement used to quantify different capacities of certain components in a computer. StorageMemory
2. Hard drives also use the designation GB. It is not considered memory but the amount of information a hard drive can hold. The number is substantially higher than memory numbers. RAM
3. Memory in a computer helps the computer run multiple applications as well as keep the overall computer's performance efficient. Boot time and application start-up is affected by memory.
4. Another name for GB memory is RAM, which stands for Random Access Memory.

You find out whether your laptop is hacked by taking it to a computer security expert.

MalwareBytes or some other antivirus program is excellent for finding viruses and the like.

If you are in doubt, do not enter your bank information or anything you don't want sold to the highest bidder for the purposes of stealing your identity onto the computer until after it's been checked.

Formatting, there's no easier way to clean a Hard drive as new like formatting

I have had no issues with mine after 3 years other than the shift key has gotten flaky and the battery doesn't hold a charge over a 1/2 hour

A Dell C521 is a desktop computer made by Dell and features a 2.4 GHz AMD Athlon processor, 1GB of RAM, 320 GB of storage and dual layer DVD+/-RW drive.

Dell Inc. was started in Texas by Michael Dell, and is now a publicly traded corporation, so it is 'owned' by many thousands of shareholders who own shares in the corporation.

The Dell 610 offers a 14 inch screen, 512MB of RAM, a 60GB 5400RPM hard drive, an Intel Pentium M 760 processor running at 2Ghz, a 8x DVD +/- RW drive, an ethernet port, a wireless adapter, and a SigmaTel C-Major audio sound card. The laptop is a good second-hand laptop for running Windows XP.

Someone might purchase a Dell XPS laptop from an online retailer website such as Amazon, or by visiting their local computer electronics store to buy one.

By going into 'Run' in the start bar then type in msconfig into 'Run' click on programs at the top then disable all the programs that don't need to be started first thing like Itunes, Microsoft office ect.. then it should run faster.

It depends on what your old laptop/computer is and what the new Dell laptop is.

Applications are in the form of binary codes,in fact computer can understand binary language only. Dell Precision makes both laptops and desktops. The Precisions can cost as low as $629.00 for the desktops, and a laptop can be as low as $1119.00. If your on the go you would want a laptop. Otherwise go for the desktop.

One can purchase a Dell PowerEdge 2850 in many different places. Some places that sell it are eBay, Amazon, Dell official web page, PCMag and Overclock.

Yes Dell Optiplex gx280 is a good system (not) . It has very good memory (true) and sound graphics which is great for the video gamer (but not good specs for the gamer :)). Also it has utlra fast processing speed (nope) from Intel systems, so watching flash is easy (not really).

Dude, it sucks now. Get the 760 or get the LENOVO Y-580 if u want a fast computer that games well (great)
