Is there a DVR capable of recording multiple channels at the same time?
Yes. It's known as a dual DVR. Mine's a Dish Network unit and DirecTV has 'em too, but you have to be a subscriber and have ordered the dual receiver/recording unit. Other than that, I'm not sure that there are any others on the market.
My VCR doesn't except tapes how can i fix it?
Depending on your VCR's loading mechanism, it's probably one of two things. Either the timing gears have slipped (to fix that correctly, the gears will most likely need to be replaced) or the mode switch has gotten dirty (tarnish on the silver contacts from lack of use) and it needs to ether be replaced or dismantled and cleaned.
