All of the Mopars I've worked on (225s and 318s) use a gap of .035"
Not with stock mounting brakets. You will have to costruct your own mounting braket and then either bend sheets of metal to cover the gap or bondo it in. Seen it done once looked freakin sweet.
crankshaft gear mark is set at 12:00 and the gear mark on the camshaft is set at 6:00. Correct, and what confused me and many people is that the #1 cylinder is not at TDC there. #6 should be at TDC on the compression stroke as I recall.
The Demon wasn't actually made until 1971, but theoretically, yes, they would be interchangeable.
hook it to the speedometer behind the dash and route it through the firewall down to the transmission and hook it up to the tranny.
hot wire on the timing light goes to pos. side of the battery and the neg. side of timing light goes to ground on the engine someplace and then the plug clip goes on the #1 spark plug wire.
you will have to get a chiltons manual for 69 dodges from the library and look it up to find out the answer to your question.
the bumper jack goes under the back bumper, there might be slots on each side of the rear bumper to put the jack into.
A few extra bells and whistles with the interior, hubcaps, & body trim , but no performace parts
