How do I get my magnum remote to work after I changed the battery in it and the doors are locked

The oil pump is located in the oil pan towards the rear of the engine. It bolts to the block directly under the distributor and is driven by the distributor which is driven by the cam.

Check in the trunk (extreme back of the cabin) , underneath the carpet in the spare tire compartment.

The EGR valve for your car is on the back of the motor. Look thru the hole in the intake plenum where the transmission tube comes up. Use a flashlight and you will see it. It has a small wiring plug on the top pointing towards the passenger side and the EGR tube faces the driver's side. Not the easiest to replace but sounds like it is becoming a popular problem. You don't, It is self tightening. If the belt is loose one or two things is wrong. Either the belt is worn out and has stretched beyond what the tensioner can adjust for, or the tensioner is defective or both.

You need a special tool that is only available to the dealer.

The engine computer is at the base of the windshield under the hood, under the wiper cowl.

If you're not a mechanic and don't have a lift, it's probably going to take a good 6-8 hours. The starter on these cars is underneath the engine by the left front tire, and there's very little room to maneuver, especially on the top bolt and on the very small hot wire bolt. The one trick that I had to learn by myself, is that you have to unhing the steering column to actually get it out of the car. It's also helpful if you do this as one of the first things, so your ratchet can have more room to operate. To unhook the steering, you simply unhook the small bold in the middle of the column. Then, it might take a little force, but you just pull the two ends apart. There are built-in springs on either end, and you can kind of rock the steering arm back and forth to help unhook it. Just be sure to reconnect it correctly. There's a small metal pin that goes into a slit on each end of the steering. arm. Good luck. I did it by trial and error and it took me all day. If you have small hands it's probably much easier, but at 6-4, my hands can hardly move in the confines of the engine.

should be in the fusebox but check your owners manual to be sure.

It is controlled by the computer. The distributor needs to be synced to the crank sensor.

Well a leak in the tubing, maybe it has corroded away?
