No right answer here, I been a fan of the everything book series when raising my dog and found that a balanced diet (like humans) is always the best. the commercial products all have the right mix of ingredients.

First of all you need to make sure you are diagnosing this correctly. You need to take your dog in to be checked out by a Veterinarian. Scabies is technically Sarcoptic Mange caused by a mite. There is another mite that does lots of damage to the dog's skin also & that is called Demodex Mange caused by a mite. A Vet must be the one to diagnose this by doing skin scrapings, then putting them under a microscope to look for mites & if there are mites, to see which one it is. Don't try to treat skin problems like this yourself, no way you can diagnose it correctly. Do your dog a favor and take him or her to be examined by your Veterinarian.

If you swallow a small piece of bubblegum, it's fine. It will not hurt you or anything. Many local animal control ordinances basically put all the responsibility on the owner of the female in heat. Poodles should not eat table food except they can eat: green beans, lettuce, apples, carrots, and not much else. Some foods are too acid for them like: tomatoes, oranges, lemons. Mostly feed your pet his dog food because most foods like: cheese, raw eggs, chocolate, chips, candy, are not good for our pets. If you want to feed your dog give him small chips of ice they really love it.
