According to LMP, should be 7 weeks and 1 day. Transvaginal ultrasound today indicated that I was only 5 weeks 4 days. The gestational sac was very clear on the screen but there was no yolk sac. Sounds more like a stomach virus or apendicitis to me. But if you think you're pregnant, take a home test or go see a doctor.

You can rule out apendicitis because your appendix are on your right side. I am a nurse and yes you can it all depends on the woman. Every womans body is differentand every pregnancy is different also go see a doctor to cnfirm it .

i had an ectopic pregnancy about 4 months ago. i had a terrible amount of pain on one side of my body. sometimes the pain would be like a cramp, and other times it would feel more like a knife cutting through me. i also exprienced numbness in my hand and foot on that same side of my body. by the time my doc figured out what was wrong, i had to have emergency surgery. i lost the baby along with my right ovary and tube. if you have an suspicions at all that you may have an ectopic pregnancy...please see you doctor immediately!

Call differant clinics in your area. There are alot of clinics that will take the test for nothing or for almost nothing.

According to my dr. my uteurs grew I had an ectopic pregnancy of about 5-6 weeks. The dr. told me I had a healthy 5 week uterus. 2 days later my tube ruptered. I'd go get a second oppinion if I were you.

This just happened to me i had an ectopic pregnancy on 11/15/09 I got my first period on 12/5/09 lasted 5 days as normal for me. I then started my period for the 2nd time this month 12/23/09. I called my fertility doctor because I have been going there to check my left tube since during surgery I lost my right and my left was swollen. My doctor said the reason I may be having a 2nd period is due to tissue building back up and should go away in a day or 2. It seems though like if it is not going away like its my normal period . Does anyone have any other info on this i am really scared something is wrong. Me and my fiance are wanting to try again. thanks everyone with answers

If the ectopic pregnancy has been terminated (either medically or naturally) it should take around 2-5 weeks for your body to realise what has happen and ovulate again.
