you have to go to the cow and corset in Bowerstone(its the bar that is behind the jewelry stall in the townhall square) and the woman you have to get to love you is in there. the glow trail should lead you to the building and to her. Once you find her just use flirt expressions to get her to fall in love with you and if you bought new clothes and your attractiveness is high this won't take long at all. Once you make her love you, you can either do two things depending upon what player you want to be( good or bad). You could either give her the rejection note and break her heart or you can marry her and make her happy. It's your choice :D. If you marry her you better have money for a house or go work somewhere to get it. I know the quest is early into the game so you won't always have much money. good luck :)

If you are looking for the quad-force piece just go to the left until you find the piece. It is right in front of the cave.
Actually I thought the Elemental Cave was the one where you have to have a Dragon Amulet to enter. If so go east of Warlic's tent until you get to the second screen then go south. If you see a bush with some healing berries then you're in the right place. Then just go to the next screen and enter the portal and you can find you way.

It depends on whether you are charged with a misdemeanor or a felony.
Unless charged with a felony, the police are not allowed to break down your door. They can request a leasing office in an apartment building to open your apartment, but that's as far as it goes. Now, the longer you delay the less lenient a judge will be when they finally do arrest you, however. Also, if unable to pick you up at home they will eventually pick you up during their annual roundups when you're not home or when they pull you over for some random driving mistake or just because they felt like running your plates.
If you ARE charged with a felony, they can do whatever they want to get you and not opening the door will make you arrest much more unpleasant than it needs to be.
If the police have a warrant for you they can enter and search IF it's your primary residence.
They can enter regardless if it's a misdemeanor or felony if they have a warrant.
Normally police won't break in unless they believe it necessary and like it was said above they will catch you sooner of later.
If it's a very serious crime or exigent circumstances apply odds are they are coming in regardless.
Best thing to do if you find out you have a warrant is call the local PD and tell them you want to turn yourself in.

Actually no. It isn't a matter of how many people you sacrifice, but a matter of evil points. The more evil you are in the game the harder it is to get it, the more good you are, the easier it is to get it. Hire the mercenaries and just constantly sacrifice them as a good hero and you'll have the bow in no time at all ;)
