How do you make a first-aid box?
Get a sturdy container that's appropriate for what you need. Hiking for example it may need to be waterproof; in a car it will need to be sturdy to survive falling over. You can buy bags made just for first aid kits, but anything can do the job.
Put all the supplies you need in it. Keep them organised so they are easy to find. Ziploc bags are an easy way to do this. Include the basics, plus any specialized items you need for your purpose. Hikers will want moleskin for example; asthmatics will want a spare inhaler, etc.

Nasal cuts can be healed by not agitating the area. Agitation and further injury will occur by rubbing the nose or bridge of the nose.

When would you not use nasopharyngeal airway when it seems to be indicated?
A nasopharyngeal airway, (aka NPA or a nasal trumpet), is a tube inserted into the nasal passageway of an unconscious victim to provide an open airway (when unconscious the jaw muscles relax and the tongue to falls back obstructing the airway).
If your patient presents with one or more of the following, you would NOT use a nasopharyngeal airway:
- severe maxillofacial trauma,
- periorbital echymosis,
- retroauricular echymosis,
- significantly deformed nares or septum.
NOTE: nasopharyngeal airways are CONTRAINDICATED in severe head or facial injuries (bruising behind the ears, raccoon eyes, blood or clear fluid leaking out of the ears or nose), patients on anticoagulants, patients with nasal infections, and patients with nasal deformities.

If the fishhook is in a dangerous location (eyes for instance, or near a blood vessel), stabilize it so it can't move, and transport to an ER. Don't mess around with it.
If the fishhook is not in a critical spot, or if you're in an ER, first see if the barb is embedded. If not, simply remove.
If it is embedded shallowly, you can remove the skin fouling the barb, and then extract.
If it IS deeply embedded, depending again on location, it can be removed surgically, or the shank of the hook can be severed with wire cutters, and the barb pressed all the way through the skin and out. Treat as a puncture wound.
If the barb is embedded, it's best to get this checked by a pro if that option is available to you.

What should be the immidiate treatment for sever bleeding from limb?
First, try to stop the bleeding with firm, direct pressure to the wound using a clean cloth (though if the situation is severe enough, using your bare hand is better than the person bleeding out.) You may have to keep steady pressure on for fifteen minutes.
If direct pressure fails to work after fifteen minutes, and you know where the vessel is is, apply pressure to the major blood vessel supplying the wounded limb. (For example, for severe bleeding in the upper leg one would apply pressure to the femoral artery for that leg, which runs close to the surface in the groin.)
If direct pressure and vessel pressure both fail, a tourniquet may be applied to the limb above the wound.
NEVER TIE A TOURNIQUET WITHOUT A QUICK-RELEASE METHOD.Tourniquets cut off almost ALL of the blood supply to a limb, and a knot that must be fumbled with or cut in order to restore blood flow can be the difference between saving a limb and losing it.
If you are using a strip of cloth for the tourniquet, tie it more or less loosely around the affected limb, above the wound and not directly over a joint. Then slide a pencil or a stick under the cloth and turn the pencil/stick to tighten the cloth around the limb, securing the pencil/stick in place with another length of cloth.
If using a rubber tourniquet band, tie a slip-knot such that the tourniquet may be released by simply tugging one of the ends.
A blood pressure cuff may also be used as a tourniquet if necessary.
NOTE: Leaving a tourniquet on too long can cause severe damage to the limb.
ALWAYS write the EXACT time the tourniquet was applied DIRECTLY on the patient if possible, and in two places (ICUs and emergency rooms write it in indelible marker just above the tourniquet and on the patient's forehead!) Once a tourniquet has been applied, seek IMMEDIATE professional medical help by taking the patient to the nearest emergency room or by calling 911 (or the equivalent emergency number in your country) if the patient cannot be moved or if you suspect a spinal injury.

Physical is most important. You first treat. While you are treating, you give the patient reassuring thoughts such as 'everything will be okay' even if they are unconscious.

Normally deep wounds are packed with packing gauze, which is laced with medication that helps heal wounds.
Put wet rag on ice and let it get cold. im not sure if that's what you meant but that's what a cold rag is. cold rags are useful for things like heat related illnesses by placing cold rags on major veins and arteries to cool a person down like wrists, neck and ankles. cold rags are also useful for relief of itchy eyes due to allergies. cold restricts blood vessels and can stop the itching.
