There have been varieties of goldfish developed that do not have a dorsal fin but in nature, I believe all fish have a dorsal fin. Of course there could be a species or two that have evolved without one but if so I am unaware of them.

If you read the basic rules of fishkeeping and comply with them your fish should live to around 2 years old. My advice for now is to do a water change ASAP. The basic rules are :- 1 inch of fish needs at least 1 gallon of water (a Betta needs at least 3 gallons. 10gallons is better). :- Every tank needs a permanently running cycled filter. Every tank needs at least 50% of its water replaced every week.. A Betta likes a pH of around 6.8 and a temperature of around 78F. They should be fed as much as they can eat in 15 minutes every morning and evening. Never ever leave uneaten food in the tank. It will putrefy and poison the water resulting in sick or dead fish.

Salmon is not popular all over the world but in many countries people eat salmon. Like in North America people eat Atlantic salmon {so do i} and most people enjoy it. Many of my friends enjoy eating salmon either in Sushi {Sashimi} or grilled in an oven or cooked with its skin on. So salmon is pretty popular all over the world.

I'm going to assume the word 'oxygen' was accidently left out of the sentence. While there is oxygen in both air and water, our lungs can only receive oxygen through air, while a fish's gills can only receive it through water.

if you have a pad or tampon on for too long I believe your body heat mixed with the dried blood can cause a fishy odor. Just remember to change as often as recommended on the brand of products you but and shower everyday

In the Pacific Northwest, this is how we do a fish grill. Our fish grills will usually correspond with the end of our fish runs. They are each prepared and grilled a little differently, but the outcomes are always the same. Good times. If you have a chance to pull one off, you won't be disappointed.

You dont find flying fish in any country. This is because flying fish are found in the sea not on land.

A sea star would die if placed in freshwater because the water which is more concentrated outside of the cell, goes through osmosis to try to reach equilibrium this would cause much water to enter the cell and upset the balance of the sea star.
