Well, After my wife decide to put Mop and Glo on our new laminate floors we found ourselves in a similar position that you are probably in. You can but two coats of water based polyurethane are recommended and even yet the manufactures warranty may not cover the flooring if installed in a bathroom

windex I recommend using a car wash brush and pine-sol. That way you can scrub the floor without having to get on your knees. Also works great for walls since you don't have to worry about nails!

That is a question that you will get a lot of different opinions on.

I'm going to assume that by Pergo you mean all laminates since Pergo is just one of the brands. The advantages of laminate are that it is inexpensive both to purchase and install, it is a floating float and very easy to clean. The disadvantage of laminate is that on most of them you are definitely able to see the fact that they are not real, with large sun exposure the colors can fade and it makes a hollow thudding sound as you walk on it.

If you meant Pergo as a brand, they are a pretty good company but tend to be a little more expensive than others.

Eyeshadow, mascara, blusher - washing with your usual laundry product may remove these stains. Pretreat the dry fabric stain with a laundry pre-soak (spot stain remover). On an unwashable fabric, first try dry cleaning fluid. If stains are stubborn, sponge with equal quantities of methylated spirits (wood alcohol) and household ammonia. (Test on coloured fabrics first). If colour fades, reduce ammonia by half and test again. Rinse in warm water, or wash if possible. Haha.. this happened to the carpet in my room. Take Clorox Carpet Cleaner or whatever you use and spray it over the mascara stain. Then, using an old toothbrush, scrub it well. Then put a paper towel over it for a few hours and it should come out.

I also am looking to contact the manufacture to find more information on the warranty process. Our local Big Lots has provided me with a phone number (after going through multiple chains of command - took 5 levels of bosses to find a contact number).
