Bullnose wood are mouldings, often used in flooring. It is used in hardwood flooring to trim the height and distance between the wood and the carpet/stairs.

If you're talking about a couple of small dips, there's a product called "Thin set" or "Floor leveler" that's more or less just mortar that will stick to wood sub flooring.
It will work well so long as the floor is stable. (ie: it doesn't feel springy when you step on it.)
If the floor is bouncy, you'll need to add some reinforcement and if it's off by an inch or more, you're out of luck unless you want to jack up the house and add columns footings and beams.

Cherry hardwood flooring can be purchased online from many different online websites. Some examples of these websites include Home Depot and BuildDirect.

Purchase a can of ( AFTA ) at Home Depot, usually located in the carpet section. Very little goes a long way.

Try to gently scrape the gunk off of the floor. Sometimes a small spray of WD40 and a few minutes will work to remove the rest. If you are trying to remove wax or Mop and Glo, use ammonia water to mop the floor. Let it soak a few minutes and then rinse. It may take a few times, but the ammonia will generally pick up the grime.

There is no one price, & no one quality, could be junk for about a buck or premium stuff for $6-10 or more a foot.

Here's a good rule of thumb, assuming you shop for value and don't over pay..

Expect 5 years of good service for every $1 you spend on carpet, (not pad or labor) per foot.

$1 buck/ sq /ft= 5 years of good service

$2 buck Sq/ Ft= 10 years & so on..

the warranty will be for more than that but warranties on flooring are not worth the paper they are written on..

Know that cork flooring is not good for high foot traffic areas because they do not handle the damage very well. They are for accenting an area, but not areas such as the door way. Cork flooring is a great sound reducer between rooms. To save money, install the cork flooring by yourself using a water-based adhesive.

well, it depends on what the purpose of this kitchen .Is it for decoration and just slightly cooking or for cooking only?. In our country we have two kitchen one is indoor and the other is outdoor (dirty kitchen).

And we use the indoor for coffe ,tea and slightly cooking but the outdoor one we use it for all cooking , and it will be beside the indoor kitchen. In this case you can put wood flooring for the indoor kitchen.

if you mean dry enough to seal, most grout companies suggest about 20 to 30 days.

Sweep it, use a Swiffer Dry, or a stone cleaner. Do not use regular floor/tile cleaners and do not use a great deal or water.

There is a grout removal tool available at most big box hardware stores. It is basically a handsaw that uses hardened aggregate applied to the blade instead of teeth.

You have to shave each joint down to a level below the surface that a new grout can be applied to and adhere (about 1/8" for non-sanded grout and 1/4" for sanded grout).

If you are changing grout colors, you will want to use an acid (muriatic acid) to wash down the joint edges to remove any small amounts of the old grout at the surface edge that remain, prior to new grout installation.

Because you are not installing the new grout to the full tile depth, it is advisable to use a latex additive to prevent cracking.

I've renovated about a thousand kitchens.
...AND I cook, so I know my way around the kitchen.

Go with linoleum.

Ceramic tile will last longer but it doesn't clean easy and it stains.
Any sort of organic, like wood bamboo or cork are susceptible to moisture and stains.
I don't care what the salesman told you, those laminates like Pergo will only last 5 years.
(if you're lucky and very clean)

Go with VCT (vinyl composite tile) over a new sub-floor
or good old fashioned linoleum.
Not the "self-sticking" tiles, the heavy sheet stuff.
...and get a pro to install it, it's worth the expense because it will last forever.
You get what you pay for.

A lot of people do not realize how important it is to maintain their hardwood floors. Even worse, they don't know that hardwood floors need to be handled in a different manner than tile, or any other surface. The key is to use the least amount of moisture as possible. As well, products that won't scratch or wear away at the wood are a must. Try using a lightly dampened cloth and cleaning in the direction of the wood grain. In cases in which you simply wish to remove dirt, a vacuum with hardwood setting would be best.

vinyl is impervious to liquid and does not need any sealing.
