Are lazaro flutes a good brand?
I have 2 of them, and they both were excellent quality and craftsmanship and play very nicely. Some people may say otherwise without ever trying one due to their low cost, but they simply are uninformed traditionalists who won't give a small company a chance. I have many brands of flutes, like yamaha and gemeinhardt and armstrong, but the lazaro plays easier than any of the others I have.
What did they make the flute out of a long time ago?
Probably wood, but it might not have been a flute as we know it in modern times. It is a 'woodwind' instrument afterall.

How to Remove heavy limescale from toilet?
There is a product on the market called Lime Away. Give that a try.
White vinegar has been proven to work time and again to remove hard water stains from toilets. See the step by step method below:
Natural Formula to Use:
Pure white vinegar
Method to Use:
1.Fill a clean spray bottle with pure vinegar
2.Spray the vinegar freely over the toilet and wait for a few minutes
3.If stains are stubborn spray more vinegar and wait a while longer
4.Simply wipe away with a clean cloth to reveal the shine
Tips:
For toilet bowls add 1 liter of vinegar to the bowl itself and scrub with a toilet brush to dissolve away hard water stains that has built up over time. Also, by adding 1 liter of pure vinegar to the cistern (tank at back of toilet) this not only removes any stains from there but also removes any from underneath the rim on the next flush!
Sometimes stains are extra stubborn - for this make a paste of white vinegar and baking soda and scrub gently with a soft brush or sponge. Never use an abrasive cleaner like scouring pads, powders or steel wool as this will scratch the surface.

What events made Britain what it is today?
Britain has been made by a number of remarkable events. The Ice Ages which shaped our island landscape. Invasions by the Danes, and Romans. The Christian missionaries. The Battle of Hastings in 1066 which brought with Norman feudal rule. Magna Carta and Law. The Armada. The Tudors. The English Civil War. Cromell and Parliament. The Act of Union. Coal and the Industrial Revolution. The First World War. The Second World War. North Sea Oil. The EU. If I had to choose one thing that has shaped modern Britain, I'd say King Alfred's decision to unite England and publish the bible in English (Anglo saxon) which paved the way for a strong and united kingdom which would become a major world power in the succeeding centuries and a language which would become the most spoken language in the world. For my money, he's the man who put the Great in Great Britain.

It is the way you project your sound, every person sounds different, but all sound can be made beautiful through tonalization practices.
When you blow on the end of the straw, the two pieces of the tip vibrate together. This makes a vibration, which is necessary to make sound. But the tips don't just vibrate at any old frequency. No sir! The vibration travels down the straw, and reflects from the end. This sets up a wave in the air in the straw; the vibration will bounce back and forth between the two ends. It is this vibration that you are hearing! Changing the length of the straw (by clipping it off, or by making a straw trombone) changes the time necessary for the vibration to travel up and down the straw, and so changes the pitch. And making a hole in the straw, so it is like a real flute, lets the vibration bounce off from where the hole is, which will also change the pitch!

How much do flute players make?
It varies greatly. A flutist who plays in a local symphony or band may only make a couple of thousand (or maybe even nothing!) a year. A lot of performing is volunteering. If you are one of the very few flutists who make it into a world class orchestra (such as the Chicago Symphony), you may make 35,000- 70,000 a year depending on your position in the orchestra. Keep in mind making an orchestra of such a high caliber is very, very unlikely. Most flutists have other jobs, often teaching flute lessons, because the salary for performing is more often than not NOT enough to pay the bills. Musicians generally do not play for the salary, but they do it for their passion or music.
