The Walmart store I work for rarely terminates associates based on a 'just because' reason. If you get hired at Walmart as either a full or part time associate, you are most likely there until you either quit, you fail to perform to Walmart's standards, or the store closes down (which is highly unlikely). If your dad is a fun-loving type, get him an iPod or a camera. If you have a party-loving kind of dad get him a CD or a radio.
