Changing the headlight bulb on 2003 GMC Envoy is quite simple. It can be done in about 5 minutes and requires absolutly no tools at all. The headlamp assembly is held in place by 2 locking tabs. With the hood raised, both tabs will be clearly visible at the upper rear ends of the headlight. Pulling up on each tab releases the assembly, which will slide right out. This will give you access to a rubber cap that covers the bulbs. Simply remove the rubber cap and replace the bulb. Reverse the process to reinstall. It will go back together just as easy as it came apart. I just changed the driver side low beam bulb in my '03 Envoy XL in far less time than it has taken me to post the answer to this question, and I'm sure you can do it in less time than took you to read it.

Some 2005 Envoys came with a radio that was capable of receiving satellite radio without any other hookups. It was an option choice. A Sirius Satellite radio can be plugged into the radio, but it has to be a radio that is mounted on the dash, therefore a mounting kit is necessary.

The dealer told me to find a junk yard with one in, and make SURE you get the bolts also!

Check, or have someone check, the battery connections both at the battery and the other ends to make sure they are tightly connected. Check that that you or the other drivers are not leaving something on in your Envoy. Just prior to turning off the engine, turn everything off including the radio, interior lights, etc.

Once you're sure you have a good battery in it...Have someplace do a free diagnostic check on the battery, starter, and charging system. Some parts stores will do it to. When the battery is good and fully charged is when it will be easiest to find what else is going on.

To program a 2007 GMC Envoy remote, close all the doors. ?æInsert the key in the ignition while holding the unlock button on the drivers side. Turn ignition from on to off twice. ?æNow release the unlock button. ?æThe fob is ready to program.

There will be a total of 4 speed sensors on an Envoy or Trailblazer. One in each front hub and one in the rear axle. These three are for the ABS system and sense individual wheel speeds. Then the 4th one is located at the tail end of the transmission or transfer case if its 4wd and is the main vehicle speed sensor. This is the one the PCM uses to control engine and transmission functions.

um..... you cant drive the vehicle?? Go to the dealer, with your vehicle registration, or some form of proof that you are the owner, and they will make a new key. Sometimes they will be found 30 years later, but they will be rusty.

the 1993 i have has the fuel pump in the gas tank. you will have to siphon gas out of the tank (as much as you can) before working on it. disconnect the tank filling hose. unbolt the tank, and drop that sommbitch down. there is a damper on the pump that may also be defective (dead) which would cause a hard start because of the lack of pressure in the line. recommendation, as i have replaced my fuel pump three times now, cut a hole in the deck while the tank is out. that way, you can simply reach through the deck and pull it out of the tank. be sure and machine screw a sheet metal plate over the hole and replace the carpet. and, stock up on fuel pumps because once it goes, they tend to go more often than not.

it stands for automatic 4 wheel drive, the 4wd drive will engage when the vehicle senses tire slippage.

Good to use when driving on somewhat snow covered roads where some driving might be on the pavement some on snow. Not good to use the 4wd when on pavement especially when turning.

Yes, I have 22s and I almost got 24s but i was unwilling to pay that amount for them. You are probably asking this question because you plan on ordering off of the internet. Piece of advice, don't. Buying in store will allow you to try the rims on and test how they ride on your vehicle before you buy. Trust me, different rims ride different, it is important that you try anything you are considering buying first. reason number two, you should buy in store because of the in your face customer service, there would be nothing worse than having UPS F' Up your rims during delivery, or having to pay over 150 to ship your rims back to the manufacturer. If yours is on, it could be many many things...but I recently had mine come on because the thermostat was out/going out of it. I took it to my local auto-zone, they will do a free scan and give you a good idea of where the problem lies.

Like I said, my 2004 envoy's check engine light was on because of the thermostat, after driving it for 10 or 15 minutes (enough to get it warmed up) the temperature gauge would only reach about 180. After having the thermostat replaced it now gets to 210 degrees-where it should be.

This may be a good recipe to follow if you are interested in a nice beef stroganoff. You will need: 12 ounces of egg noodles 6 ounces of mushrooms (sliced) 1 onion (chopped) 1/4 cup of butter 2 pounds of lean ground beef 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour 2 cups of beef broth 1 cup of sour cream Directions: 1: Cook the egg noodles in boiling water for 8 minutes. 2: Prepare the sauce by cooking the mushrooms and onions in a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter over a medium heat. Cook until soft and the remove from pan. 3: Melt the remaining butter in the pan. Add the beef in melted butter until brown then mix in the flour and beef broth. Add the mushroom and onion mixture and the sour cream. Serve over the egg noodles.

Drain the water from the cooling system. Remove the belt from the water pump. Remove the water pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new water pump.

It should be under the driver's side rear seat in a black box. The other one is located on the driver's side under the hood.

It should have a circuit breaker in the fuse box.

I got an 06 and the evap can is a black box-shape located by the feul tank...easy to replace.

There is one under the hood near the driver side fender and another that you can only access with the driver side door open. The diagrams are on the underside of fuse panel covers.
