Its a very low B . Scale runs 4.0 is perfect A ,3.99 to 3.0 is a B , 2.99 to 2.00 is C an 1.99 to 1 is a D, an 0.99 to 0.00 is a F . Most scholarships mandate a 3.5 to maintain them . If you have a 3.0 you are at the very bottom of the b scale an getting very very close to solidly average. My advice crack the books more!!!

It would depend on your expertise. The professional degree in engineering is different than the technology degree. Both are different in scope and purpose. However, if you have the technical expertise then fine, you can do it.

I got into the university of Maryland at college park easily and I had a horrible GPA in high school. A 3.4 GPA will certainly get you in that school. I am in the military so I am not sure if that had anything to do with my acceptance into the school since it was listed in the earmyu programs. I think you will do fine getting accepted though, good luck!

no u cant, sorry!.. if you are African American, hispanic..etc.. then you will need at least a 3.8 GPA score, 1800+SAT score to be able to get in to ucla. if you are white(American) then you will need at least a 4.0 GPA score! and u have to have alot of extra curriculars too!!

It would depend on the institution you are applying to and their admissions requirements. Although many schools would not like to admit it. Most colleges and universities that require a GRE, do not put any weight on it. Basically, they look at the entire person and not just a part of them. I would say your chances are very good.

Student-Athletes represent the high school, college or university. Therefore I think they should be held accountable for their grades. I don't know the G.P.A they should have to maintain that should be predetermined by the institution. The rules should be strict and the consequences should be even more harsh. Some people do make mistakes but you can't just be good at sports to be successful in life.

I belive the term u r looking for is grade average not GPA. An average for an 82 is like a B-. Your GPA would probably be a 3. So its pretty ok. When colleges look at you they want atleast a 3.5 GPA.

I would say not good, NSU is somewhat competitive and a 2.25 is a pretty bad GPA. A monster year is required or something else (athletics) will need to get that person in

those are all good scores but a school like nyu isn't going to plug in all of your numbers into a computer and either reject or accept you... there are many other factors that tie into your admittion. scores and numbers are a big part of it, but even with all of that theres still a large chance that you may not be admitted. good luck !

If you graduated from Haigazian University Lebanon with a GPA of a C, you can continue your MBA Masters in Business in US universities but you are going to have to check with the individual university you are wanting to attend.
