Is a gre score of 800 quantitative and 400 verbal enough to get an international student into an ivy league school also is that enough to get into Stanford and mit MBA programs?

Depends on your Toefl score. The Verbal score is really low, but the fact that you topped out on the Quantitative section proves your ability. I think, for most fields of study, they would overlook your low verbal score, unless you are a native English speaker or you are looking into a field that requires high acuity of the English language.

I have not taken GRE but you ve got an I20 is gre score important for VISA interview?

Evidently you were already accepted to a school. A college or university would not issue an I-20 without accepting you to the school. Thus, I do not understand why you would feel a GRE score would even matter at this point. The critical issue is being accepted to the school. The rest of the process will depend on your reason for attending, whether you really are going to return to your country after completion, and the benefit you will bring back to your country.
