Billions and billions ... the exact number would be quite impossible to come up with as the amount of these made would fluctuate with every passing minute of every day.

Because there are 420 empty calories in a 36 oz. Coke. The burger and fries are already pushing you over 1000 calories so why add another 420 if you're happy to drink diet coke? That's 1 less hour on an exercise bike.
